With massive amounts of rain flooding the east coast and more torrential downpours expected over the weekend, states are declaring states of emergency and universities are preparing emergency operation plans. Some students at James Madison University … well, they are making the most of it.
JMU — located in Harrisonburg, Va. — experienced flash floods earlier this week, closing down the school for a day and turning the campus into a giant water park.
